hep c and tooth extraction

just wondering if anyone could answer this..i know sharing a drinkwith the same straw and sharing a cigarrette is not a route of transmission for hep c
if someone has a tooth extraction how long after does it take where it would be safe to come into contact with saliva.to be sure there is no blood present..thanks in advance

How soon after having a tooth extracted do you plan on making out with someone that coming into contact with saliva would be a difference?  Seriously most people that just have teeth pulled rarely do that right away - I wouldn't worry about it, I mean really.

It's not a bad question at all.  I had a molar extracted 3.5 weeks ago and I still occasionally notice slight bleeding from the site if I accidentally chew something hard in that area.  I am being extremely careful about kissing my hubby.
