is it possible to contract hep-c if I had a 4 day old cut on my knuckle that was scabbing over if I didn't see blood on my hands but was in contact with someones hands that had blood on them?  the hands were from someone who had blood from someone who had hep-c and I came in contact with the hands of the person without hep-c.  what are my chances of contracting hep-c

Hep c requires blood to blood contact. Hep c infected blood must enter the blood stream of an uninfected person.

At a minimum you would have to have an open wound which is a fresh open weeping wound. Not a 4 day old scab.

So the answer is no risk.
What are your odds? About zero.

thanks and there was no visible blood on my hands...I just got rather paranoid after coming in contact with the person
