hep c reactive

Just got the result from hep c screening the second time
HCV REACTIVE
PV 1.48
COV <1.000
doctor said i cannot get the visa since i am an hep c reactive. I am actually applying for fiancee visa going to belgium, but one of the nurse told me earlier that it depends at the embassy if they allowed me.
I am so nervous because on july 9 i will be interview at the embassy of belgium, can somebody advice me what to do?is there possibility that i wil be refuse with this case???badly need help..

Thank you for your quick reply again, the doctor didn't said anything to get viral load or something...is the result low or high?
Yes, i will definitely go to the embassy on july 9 i just hope that this will not be an issue for applying

Don't know how that happened but it should have said......

"They may want you to commit to treating your hepatitis C which is reasonable".

Remember there is better treatment becoming available as we speak.  You
can treat your hepatitis C if you have a viral load and be done with it.

Hi again.   This isn't an issue in the United States.  Hepatitis C isn't contagious.  It's not that easy to get and not considered of great concern when it comes to entering a country.   There is a lot worse things like the plague, TB and some very nasty more harmful diseases that make Hepatitis C look like cracked finger nail.   Go to the appointment at the embassy.  It sounds like its a formality.  They my want to to commit to treating your hepatitis C which is reasonable.
