hepatitis and chronic acalculous cholecystitis

by jaydee, May 25, 2001 12:00AM
my sister has had hepatitis C for five years and she has just been diagnosed with chronic acalculous cholecystitis but there are no gallstones present. The doctor also discovered lymph nodes in her liver and pancreas. Is there a connection between the two infections? How serious is it?
