hepatitis b reactivation

Hi,
I was treated for hepatitis b with baraclude,by third month i became undetectable from initial viral load of 6000 viral load.I stopped baraclude after 4 months when my benefactor died.I carried out dna viral load after 3 months and 6 months of stopping baraclude and was still undetectable. However, by 9 months of stopping baraclude i started feeling symptoms like mild joints pains and occassional stomach pain.I carried out another dna viral check and had very low level hep b-780. What do i do?, am i to go on baraclude again? its expensive or can i go on cheaper alternatives? for how long?, pls help.My liver scan ,blood and kidney fuction tests are all normal.pls help

hbv has a template called cccdna inside liver cells genome and cannot be eradicated by immune system or drugs (it takes decades or all life)
so the drugs must be taken until hbsab antibody, which has complete control of hbv, appears (most cronic carriers will never have this antibody)

if you have problems you can use tenvir generic from cipla (tenofovir), cheaper, more potent and no resistance

check hbv forum for all info
