HI, can someone get hepatitis c from oral sex giving/receiving? and how long is the window period? I had a test done 9 days after receiving and giving oral sex to an woman(im a male) which came back negative but the doctor said i have to repeat it at 3 months because it has the same window period as HIV.thanks
HCV is shared via blood to blood transmission, the chance would be almost completely null. Unless it gives you peace of mind somehow but really it is a waste of time - you aren't going to get it that way.
