hepc

ive been known to have hepc about 20 years. Im a 40 year old male who got this from either drugs or tattos. Ive had 2 biopsys over the past 7 years both which was told i have portal fibrosis. if someone with this portal fibrosis stage has this, are they certain or do they have a better chance to get liver cancer. The hardest thing over the years i find living with hepc is chronic fatigue. also im a die hard gym fanatic and find myself getting these hard core drinks they sell in the gym with these diffrent extracts and so forth. i find it hard to get thru somedays but these drinks do help. ive never did the pegintron but am thinking of doing this. i was prescribed the pegintron just never did it. Its just hard taking time off from work with 3 little kids to support.

I went on the treatment for Type 2 (6 mo treatment), and I worked the whole time--didn't miss a day.  It wasn't easy, but I did it.  It was worth it--I feel great.  Also, the liver can begin repairing itself.  Important point though is I did nothing on the weekends, and I slept much of the time.  I took my shot when coming home from work on Friday evening.  You need a lot of help though--my boyfriend did most everything for me on the weekends--grocery shopping, putting gas in my car, getting us food, and much more.  Hope this helps.
