For skin issues you should see a dermatologist. They can help you.
As far as treatment is concerned, you need to provide more information about yourself for us to even advise you whether treatment may be appropriate for you. Age, history of hepatitis C, what your current liver status, any other health issues etc. Then once you now the benefit vs risk you make an educated decision to treat or not.

first, welcome to the forum. you will find a bunch of great members here ready to help you in many ways. secondly, you need to provide more info about your situation relative to HCV, e.g. what stage you are, have you had a biopsy, have you seen a liver dr...the right thing is what you decide only after you know all the facts. also, treatment is the best option if you want to be cured...many members have treated successfully and enjoy a better life....you will too.
