are the side effects from interferon treatments as terrible as I think?  Are there any natural treatments that are proven to help with chronic hepititus C?

First question: Not necessarily.  Depends on the individual.  Some have a tough time with the meds, some breeze through with few side effects.  Most fall somewhere in between.  There are ways to make treatment more tolerable.

Second question: Depends on what you men by 'help with chronic hepatitis C'.  If you mean 'cure' the answer is no.

Hi,
If i tested negative for hepititus after 5 months of possible exposure would that be considered conclusive??? I was with a guy who contracted it through birth and he didn't tell me, I found out from some of his close friends. I went to the doctor and had her test me for both Hepititus and HIV would the hepititus test show all forms A , B and C?
