high ca-125 reading vs. fatty liver

i recently have been going thru hell.  on 26jun i went to the
emergency room and presented with left flank pain. i thought
either stone or infection.  turns out they did a contrast cat
scan and found a 3in ovarian cyst on left side and a large one
(5 inches) on the right(being complex-containing mostly clear
fluid with some solid areas). I am 47 yrs old in great health.
given cipro 500 bid for 7 days.  pain is gone. all clear in
urine area.(i did show elevated wbc count in the er).  cysts were unrelated
to what was going on.

back in 1995 i was diagnosed with fatty liver.  they did ultra
sound and i have high triglyerides ect.

now i go to my obgyn and he looks over the ct scan and suggests
transvaginal ultrasound.  it shows the cysts as well. the ct scan
shows no other abnormalities nor does the sonogram. a ca-125
test was taken and the number was 679! which really can mean
several things are going on in the pelvic area and or liver.

my endocrinologist also looked at the ct scan and concluded
i had pcos,(poly cystic ovarian syndrom (syndrome))which i have 10 of the 15 symptoms for.

my question is: can a fatty liver show a relatively high ca-125
level? no matter what the outcome of this anwswer i am scheduled
to have a hysterectomy this month because this could be
ovarian cancer and i can't take the chance.
