high sgot and amyllase

I have recently had two episodes - two months apart - of severe abdominal pain on my side.  the pain lasts for 4-5 hours and then is gone. Last episode was two nights ago.  I also had nausea and vomiting this last time.  No fever, but chills.
I had a cat scan after first episode.  It showed a ruptured ovarian cyst and other cysts.
I've since had an ultrasound.  Everything appeared normal.
Over last couple of months I've had a lot of blood work - not all related to abdominal pain. some blood work done because I seemed to have the flu for several weeks.
Blood work has been showing high amylase and sgot.  Yesterday's blood work showed amylase at 624 and sgot at 381.  I don't drink, smoke or take drugs. Haven't had any blood transfusions. I am in my late 40's and about 50 pounds overweight
Doctors are unsure whether pain is caused by ovarian cysts or whether pain is related to gall bladder, liver, pancreas.  Can you give me any ideas on what is going on or how to get a definitive diagnosis?

Thank you
