yesterday ill done for my medical,then today my doctor tell me i have my SGPT higher....what would i do to cure this thing?what should i eat?what is the alternative medecine for this?what would ill do to prevent from it?thanks

could be something as simple as don't drink alcohol or take any drugs (prescription or illegal) for a few days before tests. Of course if there are prescription drugs that are nesscerary  don't stop taking without dr's approval.  if SGPT still don't go down then have hepatitis tests run and/or see a Hepatologist (liver specialist). there are no alternative meds or anything you can take to lower. when #'s are high it means you have inflamation (inflammation) going on with you liver and you have to find out why.
