Thank you very much for your kind response. My biggest problem is that the doctors are not telling my family anything, that's the culture where I came from "don't tell, don't scare". They said that the bleeding had stopped but my father is still not doing good. The doctors say there is nothing we could do while doctors here say there are a lot of things to be done. The problem is My father status does not allow him to be on a plane. I really hope things turn better.

Well, Im not a doctor, none of us here are, we are just patients, or loved ones of folks with Hep C.  It is impossible for us to figure out what is going on with your dad, but as a nurse I know that internal bleeding is found in the gastrointestinal track, caused by ulcers or cancer or polyps, or esophageal varicies (which are a complication of cirrhosis).
They usually do a scope (send a camera down or up the GI track to see where it is coming from, or surgery to explore for it.
They know he is bleeding because (a)there is blood in his stool, &/or b)his blood work shows very low RBCs, hemaglobin & hematocrit.  You need to talk with his doctor or nurse to get more exact info, or have to wait for your family over there to relay it to you.  I know you must feel helpless. They will find out where he is bleeding and try to stop it, give him transfusions, surgery etc. if needed, and if it is "the end" they should certainly let your family know soon!  Pray for the best, and realize his fate is in God's hands and the docs over there, you cant do much so far away.  Our prayers, hopes, and support are being sent your way!  OHC67
