lab results

well first time here so  here goes. my lab work came back and wbc was 2.7 and rbc was3.57
platelets were 66,and i am not sure what it all means,i know it dont sound to good.any help  or advice
would really help.

Depends on the lab you had your tests drawn, but at Quest, the WBC normal range is 3.8-10.8 (thousand /ul)
RBC normal values 3.8-5.10 (million/ul)
Platelets 140-400 (thousand u/l)
From what I've learned here (if I learned it right) the WBC isn't as important as absolute neutrophils (ANC), and the RBC isn't as important as the total hemoglobin.
Platelets are low by any measure, I think.....talk with your doctor. Are you on treatment yet?
Good luck, it sometimes sounds worse than it is...............
