I would throw them away, I have Hep C and I wouldnt want anyone to come in contact with my blood ever, I would toss them.
You do not say if this is your blood or not. If it is yours, you can just clean it in the sink in cold water and detergent like you would any other to get the stain out and then hot water. If it is a patient's blood that you are working with, there is a hospital procedure to deal with it under "Universal Precautions" for blood bourne pathogens.
