leg cramps

by Sharon1234, Aug 15, 2007 09:21PM
I'm a relapser from combo tx, stopped tx about 7/04 after 11 months.  I've been having charlie
horse cramps in my toes for a couple of years but last week I had a severe total leg cramp, both calf and thigh, hurt like crazy.  I read that cirrosis could cause this but I'm sure I'm not there yet.  Do you think I could get these cramps because of being low in potassium, calcium and magnesium? Or
an electrolyte imbalance or lactic acid in my blood?  I don't take any vitamins, I take synthroid
paxil, estrogen patch and progestrin 10 day pills a month.  Thanks for any info you can provide.
