liver disorders

my blood test results i have a liver infection? then i need to do another blood test for HCV ABS, how if the result is possitive? My doctor said if ever, i have, i need to undergo 6mos treatment, how does it sounds actually? is it so serious? anything i have to avoid at his time,?

if you have HCV then six months is a pretty good number as it would mean more than likely you have one of the strains that is easier to cure.  I dont know anything about liver infections in fact I didn't realize the liver could get infected quite honestly I never thought about it - but first take the test and find out if you even have hcv before you worry about it.
