As Hector said, you need to see a specialist ASAP.

Even fif a so called "liver detox" will lower someohow AST and ALT, they also fluctuate during liver disease and the fact that they are lower or even normal does not mean that liver damage does not continue

The best way to find out the status of your liver is to see a doctor and do some specific investigations

You need to know what you deal with before you take any action

What are normal levels of AST and ALT?

The normal range of values for AST (SGOT) is from 5 to 40 units per liter of serum (the liquid part of the blood).
The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is from 7 to 56 units per liter of serum.

The ranges of AST and ALT numbers may differ slightly depending on the technique and protocols used by different laboratories. However, normal reference ranges are routinely provided by each laboratory and printed in the report.

i bet the second post will be for a liver cleansing product.

700 what?

Something is injuring your liver you need to see a doctor soon to find out what it is to prevent further damage to your liver. You only have one liver. You can't live without a liver.

If AST or ALT is above 10x normal, this may be toxin induced. This is highly dangerous to allow to continue.

Very high levels of AST (more than 10x the highest normal level) are usually due to liver disease called acute hepatitis, which is often due to a virus infection. Catching it now before it becomes chronic is important for your future health.

Neither of these conditions can you do anything about.
You need to see a specialist ASAP!
A gastroenterologist or a hepatologist are the preferred specialists.

Good luck.
