liver transplant with lung disorder

I have hep-c and fatty liver disease. I also have pulmonary hypertension due to this I'm having a  problem finding  any where that will even consider it. My Lung Dr told me the Mayo clinic in Rochester Minnesota has a Doctor that specializes in this but living in Florida and on disability would make that trip money wise impossible. My question is does any one else have this problem or know of a foundation that would maybe help. Any informantion would help.

Have you tried Mayo in Jacksonville? That's where I go, and perhaps, if you get into their system, since they seem to work in teams where HCV is concerned, you might have access to the specialist in Rochester? Everyone I've dealt with in Jacksonville has seemed very competent.
