may have to stop my treatment

Hello, I have been taking interferon and ribavirin for 32 weeks and other then a few side effects that I have been able to deal with the treatment is working well. My problem is that our insurance won't cover the $150.00 copay because that portion is used up.I haven't been able to work in nearly 5 years because of COPD and other health problems and if I can't find a program somewhere that will cover the copay I will have to stop treatment. Having come this far and being so close, I truly hate to stop now. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Mr Wheezer

I had a different number for Pegassist; if the numbers you got from Candoman give you problems, you can try these as well--

Pegassist (Roche Pegasys system): 1-877-734-2797

Commitment to Care (Schering- Plough PEG-Intron system): 1-800-521-7157

Best to you--

Bill

thanks can-do, I was going to ask if someone had the numbers.  It would be a shame to quit at 32 weeks for lack of funds.
