I had the same thing happen during tx., but never mentioned it to my hep. a couple months post tx i ended up in ICU with 3 bleeding ulcer that had been oozing for months. Needless to say i had to have 4 units of blood (which is how i got hepc to begin with), please get yourself checked out so you dont have to go through something like this.
I have the same problem. I wake up almost every morning with a very sore stomach like someone has literally punched me in the stomach. I had an endoscopy done and it was found that I have mild chronic inflammation and a lot of sores in addition to a lot of acid. It wasn't explained to me why I have this problem because they couldn't find the bacteria that leads to ulcer disease. You might want to see a Gastro Doctor and get an endoscopy done.
