mono with hepititis from the mono (not a, b, or c)

My doctor says I have mono with a high liver count which includes hepititis. Not the Hepititis (A,B...) just plain hepititis that can come with the mono. My throat pain is getting a drop better, I am nauseous (from the hepititis - the doctor said) and I feel weak and tired and have trouble sleeping. Did anyone hear of this combination mono with hepititis? I never did but my doctor said it's normal. Please clue me in.

Complications of Mononucleosis: Hepatitis
One of the complications of infectious mononucleosis is hepatitis. However, this mono complication does not always result from mononucleosis.
