i think this is for all hepatitis A, B, and C.  it shows that they were reactive, probably means you have defense against the virus, maybe prior infections, maybe you were able to fend them off naturally, you really need to get a HCV PCR to determine weather you have the virus or not, it's just a simple blood test.  

i'm going to bump this question up so someone more wise in this aspect may help you out!
