nail, cuticle problem

im about 3.5 months post treatment(48 weeks of pegasus and ribavirin) and two of my cuticles are in pretty bad shape.  They are puffy, red, and sort of peeling. im on vacation in paris now-so amazed with my energy level- i wont be able to get to a doctor for another week.  wondering if anyone has encountered this problem and if there is an over the counter remedy.  cuticle cream isnt helping much besides the slight dryness and im afraid bandaging my fingers will only make them swell more. concerned this may be some form of lymphoma.

I don't have experience with any of this, but as you mention you are in Paris, there are about 10 pharmacies on every street. (exaggerating) I am in Paris quite often and have noticed that they are very knowledgeable and competent in the pharmacies in France. You should be able to go into the pharmacy saying that you have recently come off chemotherapy (sheemeoterapy pronounced in French) and they will surely be able to help you. Hope you enjoy Paris in the spring, it's my favorite time to be there.
