non TX itching

I don't have a damaged liver but do have the virus and a high viral load. I get a bad itch on my arms and legs sometimes (the arms are worse). Does anyone else with Hep C get this?

I do. It itches like crazy, sometimes even under my feet or in my hands. And then it goes just as fast as it appeared. Sometimes I have these little stings, like a mosquito was biting me. But nothing there.

I don't know what it is, but i didn't use to have this until about 4 months ago.

Thanks for that. The worst in my arms. Like you it starts and stops I don't get it much and I've had this for a few years.

The under the feet itch is what i get.  About 3 hrs after my injection I get the mosquito bite feeling, thats how I know the meds are kicking in.  
I gotta say its a different experience from 1 day to the next.
I do drink alot of water and starting using aveeno products and I feel pretty hydrated, so I dont get much itching except for under my left foot.  WEIRD! Well maybe not all this is just normal stuff now.

I got/get that itch.  It was/is mostly on the top part of my butt, right below the waistline.  Try scratching that in public LOL.

Are you folks getting this itching from TX? I'm talking about the symtoms (symptoms) of Hep c non TX

its your bilirubin thats probably elevated. I itched uncontrollably for yrs b4 I was on tx. tx cured that itching, as after 3 yrs of tx, I am clear for 4 yrs of the virus. YAY. Best of luck..
