nose bleeds

Hi Iam new to this...My son is 10 years old and he has been getting nose bleeds sence he was 2. He has seen a nose throat,ear specialist and we have been told he can not do anymore for my son. He has had his nose burnt for nose bleeds. He last nose bleed was Sunday Feb.10th which lasted for 2 hours straight. The doctor at the hospital gave him liquid cocanine and it made him sick plus he got a high blood presure. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what might cause this to happen all the time.thanks confused mom
