nutrition and auto immune hepatitis

Is there a nutritional program that tested for people with auto immune hepatitis (non viral) ?

Really, so long as you have a reasonably balanced diet, avoid alcohol certainly in large amounts, and ensure you take adequate amounts of calcium (patients with any form of liver disease have an increased risk of osteoporosis), and avoid excess fats and fad diets, there is no diet that will harm your liver, even if you have autoimmune hepatitis.  Conversely, there is no magical diet that will cure the problem either, but, like in all things, a sensible approach to diet is helpful.
