ive taken my pills with a handful of pickled olives on several occasions. are they a viable option?

If I were to take the Schering-Plough's (Merck's)PEG-Intron prescribing info meal
twice a day with my Riba , I would become overweight and that sets the stage
for insulin resistants and other possible health issues.
The only way to gage Riba absorption that we have available is to watch for
its toxic side effect hemolytic anemia. As long as your hemoglobin dropped
enough you know you are getting Riba into your system.
Would be nice to have a Riba serum concentration test , but
it is not available. Many tried....

I always have some fat with my Riba of course and since we have to take it twice a day for a long time I try to alternate. Sometime it is butter on a toast , next time maybe olive oil,
next time full fat yogurt , next time avocado or almond butter  and so on....

There is a good book by Mary G. Enig "Know your fats" .

ribs might be a better choice ??  as long as there is some fat , the fat helps the riba to be absorbed .. if I understand .. some folks use ice cream for example .... however , as long as you take the riba with some food and not on an empty stomach ..
