B) An actively bleeding wound inside your mouth that sends the virus into your blood stream.
The wound in your mouth or esophagus would need to be actively allowing blood to enter your blood stream.
Between monogamous couples with one infected partner - there has been NO REPORTS of passing the disease --- that have been documented in multiple studies.
