My Girlfriend has Hepatitis C. Can I get Hepatitis C by giving or receiving oral sex with her?

Hep-C transmission is blood to blood and no other transmission route has been proven that I know of.  If you have rough sex that gets you both raw and minute amounts of blood transfer from one of you to the other then it is blood to blood transmission.  So, don't do that.  Otherwise, enjoy.  I've had 2-wives and 4-kids with them over the past 20-years and they never got it (psst...we had sex a lot more than 4-times).

Chances a slim to none.
If you are worried about contracting HCV through Oral Sex marry her. That is usually the first thing that goes.
