oxycodone

I have been taking a few different types of oxycodone pills since july and its now december.  I have a vascular malformation on my right hip and have had 2 alcohol ablation treatments beginning of july and end of august.  I have had wound care since the beginning of september due to skin collapse at several locations.  Now I am getting to the point where I have good days and bad days and I am not sure what I should do to try and reduce the medication.  The radiologist was leary to increase my dosage so I was on 10mg er until a few weeks ago but still having pain and taking aleve or tylenol with those pills.  It seems that the days I dont have pain and wait to take the pills until I have pain, usually late afternoon, I am a complete wreck emotionally.  Crying and moody and I am not sure what to do.  Should I not wait till I hurt or maybe be on some antidepressants or something?  It seems to go away after I take the pills and have the pain.  Go figure.  I dont usually take a lot of medication and I cannot find any help online with how to stop taking the pills but plenty of info on how to start.  Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
