I just hate calling him because his nurse is a B!tch LOL but I'll call tomorrow!
If your GI is who is treating you for hep C, then that is who you call.
I would think your GI since your GI is following your treatment. Plus, it is abdominal pain so that type of problem should be right up a GI's alley.
It is always best to get abdominal pain checked out. One never knows what it could be.
Hope you feel better soon!
Stupid question but my primary or my g.I.
Your symptoms may all be side effects of the drugs but I would not just assume that.
If I were you I would call my doctor today and tell him/her about the pain, pressure, and bloating you have as well as the back pain. Those symptoms could potentially indicate a serious medical problem totally unrelated to the meds you are taking. Hopefully the doc will see you today and examine you.
The cure is happening. Those pesky virons are running for the hills. They are saying: Hey, is there a difference going on? Hmmmmm. Yea suckers you are dieing. It is OK - believe me - the hep c is hurting much more. Feel the power girl. I am so proud of you.
