pegylated interferon

Dear Dr. I have taken combination therpy using interferon/ribavarin without success. I was taken off the treatment about six months ago. Has pegylated interferon been used on people like myself with any success, if not is their any new trails being undertaken with anything promissing for people who have already fail combination treatment? Thanks for your time. Richard
