Take care and good luck.

Fish, chicken and tofu are fine. Soy milk and tofu are especially good as they help raise albumin levels.
Avoid processed foods.
Also avoid iron. An overabundance of iron alone can cause cirrhosis.
Is there iron in your water? You may need to test it or only give him bottled water. Boiling will not remove iron.
Eat vegetables but not the ones high in iron like spinach.
If your father has cirrhosis he would need a liver transplant not a kidney transplant.
People can live for many years with cirrhosis before needing a transplant.
Your father really needs to see a good heptologist ( liver doctor).
If you can not find one in Columbo, try searching in India.
Do a search on google or if you have a good doctor there, ask for a referral.
If your father needs a transplant consider a live liver transplant if one of the family members is willing to be a donor. It would be easier to get one of these than a cadaveric transplant if you must leave your country.
Best of luck,
OH
