HepC girls are tough......we can handle it no matter how many babies we have (thank God I only had two, the easier part was the being tired from being pregnant the hard part is when they are teens through their 20s yikes!) that makes treatment look like nothing at all!

Ive had two pregnancies while pregnant and you will be tired whether you have hepc or not.  It just comes with being pregnant.  Dont worry plenty of non hepc girls are tired through their pregnancies too  Just try to rest as much as you can!!

I had Hep C through my three pregnancies and I had no idea I had it.  My health was pretty robust throughout my pregnancies but then my health has been pretty robust throughout all the years I had Hep C. Pregnancy and/or Hep C affects everyone differently, clearly.  Regardless of the cause, you're carrying a wee one and you deserve to be taking good care of yourself and the wee one.  Wish you well with your pregnancy and beyond.

I agree with the others, I'm exhausted all the time now and I'm not pregnant.. Get plenty of rest and eat healthy!! Good luck and congrats!!

I was always tired when I went through my 3 pregnancies too. Exhausted is more like it. Now I know I had hep c at the time but didn't know that then. You will survive. Take good care of yourself, eat well and get plenty of rest. That's all you can do.

Oh and I just remembered what the doctor told me both with pregnancy and HCV - You have a foreign body in you and your body reacts with fervor - thus the fatigue.

Oh gosh - at 4  months you can barely drag yourself out of bed - add the HCV and I m surprised you can even post a comment.  Hang in there buddy !!

A common complaint of HCV patients is fatigue; but my guess is that hormonal changes in pregnancy would have a much larger impact on you overall. Obviously, I’m out of my element here; hopefully one of the gals will save me here soon :o). Sorry you feel so crummy; my comment will push this post up towards the top of the page though.

Good luck and enjoy your baby—
