You finally did it.  As you know I am in the same trial and this sure does inspire me--especially since you were in the six month group.  Please keep us posted with your 12th week PCR,--asap.

Dear Steve,

That was the best news for me to come home to, after spending the day trudging about town, trying to take my mind off whether I'll SVR on SOC.

Reading what you wrote made me feel like even if I relapse, there's a golden opportunity out there with the PI's.

I was already a PI fan but now I'm over the moon with your news.

I re-read your story four times just to make sure I got it right - relapsed three times, including your 72 week tx and on your fourth tx with the added PI , you cleared at two weeks, did 24 weeks of tx and at four weeks post are UND for the first time ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I know you're feeling terrific, digesting this radically different and victorious outcome.

My very best wishes to you and sincere congratulations. I'm sure happy for you.

It looks good to me.  Still pretty early to call it but the vast majority would have relapsed by now.  I think you did it.

Thanks for checking in.

best,
Willy

Thanks for sharing your awesome news, and congratulations, it sure is looking good for you!!  I'm also in a trial with tvr, tx for 24 wks, soon to receive my 4wk post results.  So I was really happy reading what you wrote, for you, and for all of us!

You said that you relapsed in the past at four weeks, right? I'm assuming that each time your first test after finishing treatment was done at four weeks. So you probably relapsed well before four weeks, you just didn't know it. Now your virus-free four weeks post treatment? That sounds REALLY GOOD.

Keep us posted.

I'm sure it is hard for you to get the results after all those relapses. This is wonderful news for you! Wishing you SVR! I am so very hopeful for these PIs. There has been a lot of good news around here regarding them.
