purple lumps on legs and bum
Has anyone had these before???.When you squeeze them sometimes pus comes out i've got one on my leg and another in between my penis and bum which is getting so big it is waking me up.They cause so much pain please HELP anybody thanks.

Thanks for your reply its not ingrown hairs i get them bad only since ive had hcv i always take the hair out.I am gonna try and get to my doctors cause the pain is keeping me awake many thanks.
Lichen planus, a skin disease that can have a purplish hue, is more common in HCV patients than the general public. You should see a dermatologist and get a doctor's opinion. Don't squeeze it because that can definiteoly spread the infection (fungus) if it is in fact lichen planus.
The lumps are showing up where a carbuncle would - very painful. Do get them checked. You might also try putting "drawing salve" on them and see if that helps.
