I agree with Pooh, Dee, and Patches, I would call your doctor's office and ask to be seen or ask for a referral to a dermatologist.  During treatment, my husband took Atarax and used Triamcinolone ointment for the rash.  His doc also suggested Eucerin cream and Eucerin body wash, to keep the skin moisturized.  We used tea tree oil on the few blisters that formed.  Sometimes he put ice on areas that were really bothering him, or stood outside without a shirt on at night.  Sometimes it was not just the stinging, itching, and redness of the rash, but also the tingling, twitching/jumping/crawling skin feeling that bothered him.  I think this is a type of neuropathy or parasthesia that can be a side effect along with the rash.  As you know, the rash is a side effect of the medications, so hopefully it will decrease now that you're finished with treatment, but I would continue to use any over the counter or prescription meds/creams/ointments that you have, drink a lot of water, stay out of the sun, and see your doctor or a dermatologist for other recommendations.  In my husband's case, the rash improved within a week of finishing treatment and disappeared within a month or two of finishing treatment.

I am sorry you are having post tx rash, it should improve shortly
If I had the rash I would continue to do what ever I did while on tx
When I had, what I call, itch attacks I would take attarax and ice the area to numb the nerves, if that did not work I added benedryl, of course then I was knocked out, but not itching. :)
I would also push the fluids, water, juice what ever you can use to flush your system
I agree with Pooh that a derm could help you
Good luck

Welcome to the forum.

I am not sure how long the rash will continue. I know it often takes a while for all side effects to go away.

Your rash is bad enough that it seems to be bothering you in many ways. My suggestion would be to find a good dermatologist and have the dermatologist treat your skin problems and rash. That is what I did and it made all the difference in the world.
