recommended list?

New to this forum...saw a post from evangelin to Hepatitis Researcher which referenced the latter's "recommended list."

Can someone provide a pointer to this list and forum posts regarding it?

This is a recent post from Gauf, which I have on my desktop. Sorry, I forgot to paste the link or date. :(  

I don't take supplements myself, except for the odd multivitamin. Some people highly recommend them. Good luck.
