red spots on tounge surrounded by tiny white spots (NOT NORMAL) HELP! any docs!

first i want to thank the people who have responded to my question.  it really means a lot to me.  THANKS!!!
im not worried as much anymore.

to those who adviced me to get tested, i have already been tested. everything came out negative, thank GOD.

i do have another question...

i talked to my b/f today and he told me that he had red spots on his tounge surrounded by tiny white spots.  thats not normal.
im wondering why they are there and what caused it.  and if its in any way related to hepititis (hepatitis).

he got his results from his doc and his HCA ACTIVITY IS BELOW 600
what does that mean??? supposedly he is not in any danger.
does anybody know if its good or bad?   the doc told him to go back in six months.  i did advise him to go before the 6 mths but he's very hardheaded.

what should he do for hep C?
i think he got treated 4 hep B...
i have also had my hep B shot. and am going back to see my doc in 2 weeks.
