safe to take Centrum multivitamins containing iron everyday?

i'm currently on tx pegasys and ribavirin.
my neutrophils are pretty low so i asked my PA if i should take multivitamins.  she told me that i should already be taking multivitamins.

would it be safe for me to take Centrum Performance multivitamins containing:
- 100% Iron
- 70%  Vitamin A
- 200% Vitamin E
?

thanks

No IRON or extra A or K (your body doesn't need the extra A or K but definitely positively NO to the iron NO NO NO)

And all the mens vitamins seem to have no extra iron in them.........that was what i discovered after reading 10000 bottles of the dang things and still being worried about the beta carotene because I was neurortic and obsessive!

Centrum Silver has no iron. It was recommended by a hepatologist (liver specialist).

I must add my NO. No Iron and no vitamin A.

I found a brand called ebA Multivitamins without either of them. The site is ebamultivitamin.com.

All the best with tx and I hope they will be able to get your whites back up!

My Gastro said no vitamins with iron supplements. He said eating foods with iron is okay, unless you overdose on spinach. Costco sells the Kirkland brand Multiple Vitamin with no iron, which I've  taken daily for years...
