severe leg and foot pain

Throughout this tx I have been bothered by sore legs but recently they have become very painful. The pain is brought on by mild exercise, stretching or rubbing. One area that is more tender than the others is just outside of the shin bone. Also my instep and foot bones become quite sore. I was in Chicago over the weekend and I almost could not walk through the airport from the plane to the baggage claim. After I sat down my legs continued to hurt terribly. I was looking for narcotics the first 2 days because of the severity of the pain but settled for Advil and Tylenol. Does anyone have this problem?
