should i re-test PCR again ??

I had jaundice about one month ago and it is the only symptom , no other symptoms , then liver enzymes were high then HCV Ig G 3rd generation was reactive , so quantative PCR HCV was done and the result is negative,
should i do another PCR again or any another test ??

Yes; you should test again, about six months from the date of possible exposure. There is a good chance that you’ve successfully fought off the disease with your own immune response, but you should definitely follow up with additional PCR.
