steatohepatitis

In April, I was in hospital for three and a half weeks with alcoholic hepatitis, and was given a steroid called prednisolone, which I was told to stop taking after I left hospital. I cannot understand the language on the biopsy report. the salient part of this, or conclusion is 'steatohepatitis with moderate fibrosis'. What is meant by 'steatohepatitis?' And does 'moderate fibrosis' mean I have cirrhosis or not? If not, does it mean that I will eventually get cirrhosis? I have stopped drinking altogether, but I have heard that liver diseases are progressive in any case.
