Yes I have swelling in my hands in the mornings when I get up. I did tx also back in 2001-2002 and was a non responder. I had surgery in May and my left foot swoll up like a balloon. They checked me for blood clots but there was none. Then I went to my PCP and he wanted liver and kidney tests run. Thats how I found out my HCV was coming back again. I had been with normal enzymes for years now all of a sudden their up a little. My girlfriend has cyrissos can't spell it. lol but her feet, legs and hands swell all the time, they have to put her on diuretics. It is something to do with the way your liver is functioning. Is your hubby still in stage 1 after 5 years? I don't know what stage I'm in right now. They took a ultra sound and the ultra sound said remarkable everything. lol So I guess it's doing ok. I haven't had a biospy in about 5 years. Dr. is going to have to check it out soon.

i think you mean your ultra sound was UNremarkable, that means nothing seen. remarkable means not good.
