hello .
the tenderness / pain / discomfort in my opinion is from the bending , lifting and twisting .

it can take muscles and ligaments and tissues upto 3 months or more to heal completely .

also the fact that in the back of our minds we know about our hcv , it tends to lead the mind to believe that there is something wrong with the liver .

I would talk to my doc about it and see what he has to say .
hope u feel better soon .
best wishes and warm regards .

From all that bending, lifting, and twisting you may have pulled a muscle.  If your concerned or it gets worse bring it up with your Dr.  When we have Hep C it's always worrisome when we feel pain in the Upper Right Quadrant. The Gallbladder is also located there and at times can give us grief.  The liver has no nerve endings so pain is usually not a symptom.  Do keep an eye on it tho as you need to get checked if it continues.
Best to you

Tenderness around the liver is from the Hep C.
