this is good for dry skin

Thanks....I am not sure but in the winter my skin is dry anyway but with the tx on top of it I feel at least twice as dry as normal.

Yes, tx has me feeling like a desert, too. I use the salve for some really dry spots on my leg. I slather lotion all over the rest of me.  I've used the salve for dry heels and always take it along on long trips.

Ya just never know what you might find in the cabinet tucked away for a good day.  I've never had the dry dry skin from dry climate OR from tx. The time I was out that way, it was harsh indeed. I was very impressed with the no humidity - zero, zilch, none.  Got back to the "hummdiddity" state and it was just a ... sweaty state of affairs again.  How you feeling?  Better I hope! keep hangin in there.

Thanks, I looked at the link and I might just try it.  Dry skin to such a problem especially in the winter.  Also if anyone is having a severe problem with dry skin, try Derma smoothe oil.  It needs a prescription and is for excema.  But it worked like a miracle for me to releive dryness.  Wouldn't think you would have to have excema for it to help.

Hey Chick,
   When I'm in the tropics I don't use moisturizer either. In fact I had a hard time getting sunscreen to stay on.
   How am I doing? Much better.Having a really competent doc makes a lot of difference.  I'm over the panic. I just started Neupogen.I hope I don't have to use it for too long. As for now, its not horrible but I could turn into a pincushion. I just can't stick myself in the belly, eeek! too squeemish.
