No.  It will sclerose your veins, among other problems, and it doesn't come in an IV form.  It is considered by many liver specialists to be the most decent med for sleep, though, especially if it isn't combined with other drugs, pharmaceutical or otherwise.  You shouldn't take it with even Ginko Biloba or St. John's wort, and if you don't take it at the recommended dose you can get side effects you really don't want.
But I'm wondering what is motivating you to want to give it IV?  Is it not working orally?  Is it not helpful at all?  Just because?  It's true that needles haven't been our friend in the past, and I'm pretty sure the irony of treating this disease by injecting unpleasant drugs isn't lost on most of us.

I can't believe someone would ask that question on this forum if they wanted to try it.  Must be a different reason for asking...

Yes. Trazodone (Desyrel) may be administered by way of and i.v or self-injectible.

It has a popular off-label use to treat insomnia - especially for those who cannot take sedative hypnotics (e.g. Ambien).

A man in my HCV support group takes 50 mg per night. He is under the care of a hepatologist and a psychiatrist. He is Geno 1a and was UND at 4 weeks. The clinical circumstances of it's use obviously must vary.

Trazodone was discovered in the Seventies by the Angelini research laboratories, and it remains a therapeutic option even today in the treatment of depressive disorders with or without anxiety. In Italy, this drug is fully reimbursed by the National Health System and is available in tablets, drops and injectable solution. Trazodone was patented and marketed in many countries all over the world and became the market leader in the United States during the Eighties.

Thanks for that information about IV Trasodone -- I didn't know it existed.  My pharm handbook doesn't list any injectable Trazadone.  I know it's old, we used to give it in the old days in the state hospitals as Desyrel, for depression.  I do know a few people who had tremors, hostility, nightmares and nervousness from taking too much.  They were trying to treat the side effects of the med with more of the med because they didn't think those symptoms were from the medication itself.
