Hello and welcome to the forum.

3.5 is on the low side for thre RBC count (which you already know). What is your Hemoglobin (HGB)? Low RBC's and Hgb. can cause fatigue and paleness, but you have not provided us with very much information so it is difficult to respond appropriately to your question. )

Can you please give us more information so we can hopefully respond to your questions.

Do you have Hepatitis C?
If you have Hepatitis C, are you doing treatment now?
If you are doing treatment for Hep C, what drugs are you taking?
If you are doing treatment now, when did you start treatment?
Do you have liver disease? (What stage is your liver biopsy?)
What are the numbers for the other abnormal lab results?

The reason I ask is because the drugs used for Hep C treatment can cause anemia (as well as other blood count abnormalities).

Please supply us with more information and we will respond as best as we can.

Do you have hep C?
What other health conditions do you have going on?

Your rbc are low, though not extremely.
And your other complaints can be from many different causes.

There is too little information to advise you other than to see your doctor if you are worried.
