visible again

am or was on 48 week combination therapy and after13th week  was non dectable .
at  34 th  week slightly dectable at 75m should I complete 48 or go to 72 weeks?

I think you should re-test to make sure it wasn't a false positive. Did you test any other time except 13 weeks? You should of had at least a 24 week test. You shouldn't continue treatment at all if detectable with a break through 24 weeks of later. Unfortunately If detectable after 24 weeks your chances of SVR are only around 2%, even with extending to 72 weeks. Hope it was a false positive. Good luck
